How do I create an account?

Open the app and tap “Sign Up”. Enter your email, a password, and a display name.

How do I log a drink?

Tap the “Add Drink” tab, select your drink type, choose a container, adjust the amount and ABV if needed, and tap “Log Drink”.

How do I set a daily alcohol limit?

Go to the Profile tab and find the Settings card. Tap “Edit” next to Daily Alcohol Limit, use the slider or type a value, and tap “Save”.

How do I join a group?

Go to the Groups tab and tap “Join Group”. Enter the 6-character invite code shared by the group creator.

How do I leave a group?

Open the group from the Groups tab and tap “Leave Group” at the bottom of the screen.

How do I delete my account?

Go to the Profile tab and tap “Delete Account” at the bottom. This will permanently remove all your data including drink logs, profile, and group memberships.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your drink data is only visible to you and to members of groups you choose to join. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
